Well, I guess I have to settle for a no loss-no gain weigh-in. I'm heading out to have my pro time taken. Then off to the eye Dr for my hubby's follow up appointment from his cataract surgery yesterday. It was a long day yesterday we didn't get home until after 9pm. He is doing just fine although the eye patch is making a tape rash on his face. I am tired, I think a nap is in order this afternoon.
165.7 lb Lost so far: 35.3 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
