2 pieces of peanut butter toast for breakfast. Then nothing until supper which was a large kale salad and half a dozen pita chips with some cheese. I also have had 2 glasses of wine and two large glasses actually two 8 ounce glasses of lemonade. Who knows? Paragraph I was physically busy with about 2 hours in the garden and then a lot of running around doing stuff.
Totally forgot I did have a banana chocolate chip muffin from the coop and the middle of the day it wasnt great sorry I ate it oh well.
