i only lost 2 lbs i think i will have no diet cold drinks and only 1 oz cheese a day if anybody can see anything i should do let me no. i will be going to physical therapy 3 days a week i have a bad back so it is hard to exercise or even walk .i have had 3 back surgery's thanks for the help

Good start point to ditch the diet drinks. Drink 2L of water daily (minimum) and tea or a cup of coffee, that's it.
You can also try to ditch the dairy completely for a while and see how it goes.
