started this diet July 7th, dropped 10 lbs first week, haven't lost 1 pound since.... thoroughly disgusted'...:(

you'll always lose at the beginning (mostly fluids), so hang in there, don't give up! It's the keeping at it that helps you lose weight slowly (kind of like how we put it on), and when you lose slowly, it's more likely to stay off. It's not easy, but six months from now you'll be glad you didn't give up!

must be patient, Mine is a slow process too, but hope that means I will keep it off. Keep it up and the scale will move again, i had to raise and lower calories a few times. Go 300 less than what this app suggests at least. It helps me. you can do this

Well if you look at it as a whole, you have lost 11 pounds in about 3 weeks which is almost 4 pounds a week. I would kill to lose 4 pounds a week. Most people lose a pound or two a week at most. That first loss was huge, so your body is probably adjusting to the loss. Some people even rebound with a gain after such a big loss. Losing fat takes time, effort, patience and perseverance. You are doing great!
