Tried to start taking probiotics supplement. Caused a lot of heartache. Didn't work, bloating and constipation. I also have not been eating 100% this past two weeks.

Trying to get my focus back in the game! Breakfast and Lunch is great but evenings and weekends suck. LOL But I'm still going to keep trying!

Can't keep a good girl down!!

230.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 65.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

try a different kind probiotics differ and some do cause neg affects for some or try a good digestive enzyme with all your meals (these also may have to try a few)

I take probiotics and I have no clue if it works or not. lol If you figure out weekends and evenings, let me know. That is a huge part of my struggle.

I tried probiotics and definitely felt awful. I have heard a lower dosage might help. Same here though :)
