Well I just looked back at my weight when I first started on this site. I am toattly bummed. However, I am determined to get back to my starting weight of 174. I waslked around my loop today. It's 1.45 miles from starting back to starting. NOt too shabby. I find it easy if I just get up and go out walking. I have also found it helpful to listen to jazz music. I was practiacally dancing around the loop today!
