Day 7 of my restart. 9 pounds down. Still not back to the weight I was at when I got off this journey, but I am moving in the right direction. Looking towards the goal of 130. I have 293 days to get skinny for Mickey
172.8 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
