OMG, what is going on with my weight??? another 0.5 kilo lost in one day. Yes, i am totally satisfied now (*lol*) this is what i expected the first week of the tour, not the last (*lol*)
anyway... last day of the tour. Yesterday was only time trial so only one hour. Now i did take the hour outside and gave it my all to put down a fast time (*hubbie was impressed*) But it also meant it was only an hour. Tonight it is only three hours of cycling (indoor) so i decided to take a steps class this morning, so they won't forget what i look like at the gym. I will set the bar low and take the easiest (lowest) level.
