Ate normal Friday breakfast and lunch but went to Vietnamiese restaurant for dinner and had a full plate of Mango Chicken. Crazy day...so didn't log the food. Went for a run today and got bloody blisters on back of feet. I have worn the shoes before, the socks before.... but not together. It was not a good combination! But pushed through the pain and got 9 mikes in.
