240.3 lb Lost so far: 70.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes I'm having some ups and downs with my diet, you know losing the weight is easy(not really) but keeping it off is bloody hard. At my heaviest I was 15th last week I was at 10th gs but before Xmas I got down to 49 go. I weight in every Sunday and have been good with my diet and exercise this week so hoping for some weight loss this week but we'll see :-)
