Weighed in on 7/24/2014. I lost 3lbs.8 lbs! YAY! That's with little exercise. I have one more workout to do this week. I ate after 8:00pm three times this week. A couple were cutting it close. Overall, excited for the start. I definitely did not drink four cups of water each day. That will be a roll over goal :-)
197.0 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
