I use my slow cooker and the American Heart Association's Slow Cooker Cookbook. It has portion sizes, low calories, healthy recipes. The slow cooker is the only way I can keep healthy food on the table during hectic work days. Cook in the morning and come home to eat. I have two meal plans on the computer, with matching grocery lists. It really takes the stress out of my day. :) Best of luck!
