Well since I am living on poverty level it makes a difference in what I can afford for food so some times if I have some bigger bills I have to eat some carbs but try not to eat too many but as you can see I went up 5llbs. But I know some of that is water but I still don't like it. I am currently working on a way of eating low carb and still being able to pay my bills etc.
