I guess you would call this the Mindfulness Diet. I hope to use Buddhist meditation and focusing techniques and apply them to my weight. No judgment—i t just is. I hope to go through a month of just observing what I eat, without hope of weight loss. Then start exercising—whatever makes sense at the time. Then set a goal from what comes up next. I have the rest of my life, so there is no rush. This time, no fake drama.
