I have started my food diary again so it's easier for me to make certain that I'm not going either too high or too low on calories and so that I can keep an eye on carbs. I know that this backtrack/stall will be over after I'm healed up, but that's going to take a while. For now my project is to keep on eating real food, exercise lightly (docs say not to sweat, but how do you exercise and not sweat?) be patient. Patience is not my strong suit, but I know that soon this will all be a distant memory.

Talked my husband's company into sponsoring a pink ribbon (not Susan g. Coleman) 5k in October. I wanted to try and do the couch to 5K program but it's looking like I won't be able to run at all until the end of August. I'll go ahead and start the C25K (couch to 5K) program when I'm able and I'll run what I can and walk the rest. This year's proceeds go to our local hospital so that they can get a cutting edge tomography gizmo of some sort. Good cause in my opinion, especially for those cancers that are more difficult to detect.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
