So I've gained some weight been off and on for awhile now but I'm re-committing and starting over.

Went to the store and bought my Atkins safe foods. This is day 2. :)
268.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 113.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
