I accept myself unconditionally right now!

Wow! 13 pounds off and that is with just eating 6 small meals about every 2-3 hours like I did on Medifast. I got out my Meal Measure 1 Portion Control Tool and started using it 2 days ago. Tonight I will be using my Jokari Healthy Steps Portion Control Pasta Basket for the first time. I've only had these tools for the last 6 months or so and never got around to using them. Typical for me! I was debating whether to buy food from BistroMD to get myself used to eating portion controlled "regular" food so I could get used to eating much smaller portions than I typically eat. Eating someone else's portion controlled food would help me lose the weight, but then what would I do to learn how to eat MY food when it came time for maintenance eating? I decided to do this myself so that I can learn how to cook and eat the correct way from the start so it becomes a habit I can continue when I am finally on "maintenance".

I am determined to do this; I am committed to the time it will take; and I will get this done!
