Took my car back into the shop, again, and instead of sitting in the waiting area, I walked! logged 1.7 miles and took about 45 minutes; a little slow, but still better than just sitting on my keister.
My relative went early-morning grocery shopping. I wake up to find:
a dozen donuts, a box of cupcakes, a box cakes similar to Ho Ho's, and two packages of hi-sodium lunch meat.
How do you deal with enablers, whether it be family, friends, or coworkers?
