3 lbs to go, the 1 hr biking to and from work is really helping. it's easy now to make healthy choices during the week, what keeps messing everything up are the weekends. Hanging out with friends, having a drink, bbq's etc. I hope I will be a bit more restrictive this weekend. It's only 3LBS!!!! I don't wanna mess it up

Yes, weekends are hard,especially in the summer. It all comes down to choices and behaviors. Have a low calorie high protein breakfast. When you go to the bbq, fill your plate once (unless salad or fruit). The first bite tastes like the last. Bring a salad or dish you know you can have. You can even make a lightened up dessert. Plan out how many drinks you will have. Have water in between. Get in exercise before you go. Be active! Walk around and talk to people, lol! You can learn new behaviors and learn to be in more control on the weekends. It just takes practice. The more you use your muscle the stronger it gets. Same principal. Good luck!

i started to say no to my friends and tell them i can't go out for some of the weekend activities....make a white lies...i tell them that i have a 10k to run in 2 months and needs to train for it so can't go...(and blame it on your "imaginary" gf)...lol
