Ive had a couple set backs but am back on track. I feel great again. the time off the wagon made me realize once again how terrible i feel when i eat the wrong foods. I am following the Ketogenic diet and I love. I feel great and have all day energy without coffee. and the weight seems to be starting to melt away.
