I belong to a red hat society And one of the women has had both knees done so we had lots to talk about today she is really trying to help me !! when I got up of course I was in pain Noooooo I don’t want to do this painnnn another day …againnnnn
ya feeling sorry for myself almost got me ,,
when I became angry at myself and I thought what was worse then the pain was feeling sad depressed exc … so
I SPOKE OUT LOUD TO MY KNEE AND SAID JEUSE HEALED YOU KNEE GET IN LINE WITH GODS WORD ,,, THEN I STARED TO PRAISE HIM for my healed knee all during physical therapy out loud.. It really helped me feel stronger …
Did a machine that is close to a bike for 15 min then 10 more min of knee exercise and 25 mins in pool and did more exercise <3 ,,,
Darlene said for it not even being 2 months she felt I was doing great !! She showed me another knee slide ! It was this past march she had her surgery and still sometimes has to deal with pain. O M G tomorrow I’m having my DOT Physical at work praying I pass ..
