i just cant stop eating at night and my weight just stuck in 56 and i cant loose weight any more...any help???
123.5 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

They say our will power is greatest in the morning and weakest at night. Not alot of solutions as this is a problem for... almost everyone. No easy fixes. Here's some tips you probably already know. #1 Go to bed early, sleep is essential, especially for weight loss (plus if you're sleepin' you ain't eatin'). #2 Drink water, eat healthier alternatives. #3 (I'm weak minded and this works for me) force yourself to eat something lame, if you're willing to eat a stalk of celery, then you probably don't need an extra dinner roll.

I have a nice hot bath to take my mind off it, once out I'm more than ready for bed and a bit of sleep - this really worked well for me and did prevent night nibbles. Good luck.

I do the same thing so now I drink an Atkins or slim fast shake and it fills me up and I am good till morning..
