today: Spanish bar cake n coffee. plan burger n salad w/ homemade dressing and cottage cheese. boiled eggs-2, tea

yesterday's food : leftover marinara with cottage cheese ,tea,corn tortilla chips,/fried onion rings, fried calamari,tea
256.7 lb Lost so far: 25.3 lb.    Still to go: 111.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 19.3 lb a week
