Still flat vs yesterday.
I was actually really hoping to see a bit of a dip today since I made sure to eat extra clean.

I am having a bit of a tummy ache in the mornings... when I wake up only and it passes through the day.

So there are a few factors that could be contributing to this excess weight. It could be that PMS is coming around, I'm due in about a week/ten days. So I could just be having a hormonal imbalance leading to water retention.

I am also extremely thirsty at the moment - it could be heat or it could be that I may have knocked my self out of keto and then falling back in at the moment. I even woke up in the middle of the night with massive thirst.

It is still also very warm here... so again, another possibility.
I've eaten a fair amount of peanutbutter recently (home made) but I find that one of the more unlikely culprits (other than the salt content).

Its just really disheartening since I've been maintaining the lower half of the 59's and was hoping to finally break to 58.

I guess all I can do is clean up my eating and just ride this out... again.

Don't worry, it will go down - no matter PMs or heat or water retention. Just keep focused on what you eat and do some light exercising.
