Got a new 205.8 weigh in after working out. I had a 206.2 weigh in pre-dinner. Then ate some salmon, salad, cantaloupe, and a berry-chocolate smoothie to total 2100 calories for the day. Needed to get busy and crank out a good workout to hit my daily 1000 calorie deficit goal. Did my full dumbbell workout with no issues with my pec (which I tore a bit on June 30). So, all is good there. I then took MrsMole's advice and cranked out a REAL sweat-inducing workout to see if I could get rid of these last five pounds of water from vacation. I set the room temperature at 81, the incline at 10, and the mph at 3.5. I then cranked out a sweaty hour. Got off and grabbed a few additional ounces off my pre-dinner weight. Hoping for something lower in the morning.
205.8 lb Lost so far: 119.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
