As I mentioned I was disappointed with my last weigh in, I've been trying to keep my calorie intake around ~ 1700/day. Yesterday I let go of the reins and doubled that amount. No wild crazy items just larger volumes. I knew at the time I was sabotaging my effort but that didn't stop me :-(
Reading your journal entries and seeing the success some of you are experiencing is truly inspirational. I really want to change my life choices and have got back on the horse so to speak. I will reach & maintain 1700cal today. Thanks all.
