I did a lot of weight training this past week, so i am hoping the small weight loss is because of that and i will see bigger numbers next week!
167.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 April 2009:
975 kcal Fat: 36.89g | Prot: 47.95g | Carb: 117.24g.   Breakfast: Pineapple (Solids and Liquids, Water Pack, Canned), light cottage cheese, coffee. Lunch: blue cheese dressing, almonds, Dried Cherries, mini pretzels, weight watchers string cheese. Dinner: rice, broccoli, curry sause. more...

weight training can contribute to a small loss for a few weeks until your muscles get used to the exercise. You get little tears in the muscles and water replaces it to help them heal. It's temporary. You may see your clothes getting looser, so taking your measurements is a great thing. You can stay the same weight, but go down in sizes when exercising sometimes. Both show that you are losing weight and the scale is only way. You will be a smaller size at goal, then if you didn't exercise, so great job!
