Alright, another pound gone and I'm sticking with the induction program - it's been one week today since I started it and I'm really proud of my progress. I still have quite a ways to go on reducing, but at least I'm getting closer. Once I hit this got I've set, I'll set another one - I'm just taking this one day at a time.
