Weighed in after 817 calories pre-dinner at 207.6 again! Exactly what I weighed this morning! Will do a bit of dinner, my radio show, and then I’m hitting the treadmill for at least a half hour!

That is good.men need more fiber then women for some reason, I am trying to get mine up to 25 grams, its hard on the low carb diet.

Am going to add that to my smoothie, the chia, I make the flax meal pancakes in the mornings.

I am always about a kilo heavier later in the day, overnight it disappears
