Cheat day went well. I ate and drank my fill. Ready to start exercise tomorrow. Goal is 3 days target, 6 days outrageous, no minimum set.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
