Hi hope every1 doing well, I have no internet a while(babysitting tonight in sons house) but BEING VERY FOCUS ON BEING HEALTHY.Walking everyday, some times 2hours 40 mins some days, 3 pups take each out for 40 mins every second day and 1 dog everyday. My sons take them out as well. Still doing the Protein almost Herbal Life diet, having shakes but bought the holland and barretts one, i cant affort herbal life one, pity as its nicer, but used to other 1 now.

It really is working for me, my energy levels are outstanding and my moods always well balanced. I really have to say this protein way of eating is the best every for me, and now noticed that weight watchers are on the same track.

237.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hey, I'm back on as I gained more weight than I thought- too much binging due to anxiety from work and sitting on my arse working on my paper vs exercising. So, I lost a lot of weight over the summer doing the HCG (complete diet) and managed to keep it off until 2 weeks ago. So, I'm going back on it again until 5 May. My goal is 175# but realistically, I shouldn't go below 180. Either way, I'll see. Usually, on this diet, if you've been "loading," which I have, you lose more the first week then lose anywhere from 1-2 # / day afterward, so it is possible. It's a difficult diet, but I've managed to do it once, so I can do it again. The best part about it is how much weight one can lose in a week! I hope to hear back from you. It appears you've done well, so keep up with it!
