I have come to realize that I can only pursue the best quality of my life by being healthy. I love to see the world, try new and unfamiliar things but how can I swim in the ocean or trek a mountain trail if my knees hurt or if I can't even climb aboard a boat because I can't lift my legs?
I'm 40 yrs old in the middle of my life or already in 3/4 of my life who knows. I will not pass this way again and I don't want to miss out on life because my body fat is literally dragging me down.
I want to change my body not for the perception of other people (that will be just a bonus). I want to change me for me.It's about time I give a little bit more attention to myself because I'm worth it.
