A full weekend of sweating it out working on a car seems to do wonders. Since "automotive repair" is not an option for FS exercises, I listed it as "yard work"...pretty much the same amount of moving and heavy lifting.

Total Body Water: 58.6%
Muscle Mass: 41.6%
165.6 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
