well tomorrow is my first time weighing in and yes i am a little scared i dont see how how i will loss eating like this. boy am eating a lot of fat well i will see in the morning . Brenda

Hopefully you would do well. You caught on really fast. My suggestion to you is to watch the cheese. A slice or ounce a day is fine. I think you will see a major drop. Good luck and keep at it.

I am sure you will be surprised, I know about the being scared, I get that way all the time before a weigh in... and then I surprise the heck out of myself, and wondered why I worried...lol And yes about the cheese C67241, you are right, I cut back and I am sure it helped some...also I think it is all about exercise, you have to move... Good luck with your weigh in...
