holding steady at 308, more or less. Going to try eating my calorie goal but with all home-cooked foods, and seeing if my weight goes down. If it does, I'll be restricting the amount I go out to eat.
308.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
