Ok been at this since the beginning of the month but only tracking for about two weeks. Down 6 lbs. really watching what I eat and have decided to try running. I know I can do this!

Google "couch to 5k"! It's a great program to help you get started running. I've been using it to get back in to a running program. I haven't run in a while because I got injured.

Actually that is the program I am using. Just did Day 2 of Week 2 this morning. So far I am liking it. I am determined to stick to it especially after investing in a proper pair of running shoes this weekend.
