GOOOOOAAL! Well, my first major weight goal :) Down 50 lbs. from my highest weight last year. Going to keep it up...go me!!
282.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
