I am happy with those results! Now I just need to work on keeping it all off lol! I am proud of myself though. There were quite a few times where I wanted so badly to eat those cupcakes or have a donut or something along those lines but I suppressed it. Pretty damned proud. And now...with today being Sunday, I can start this next week on the right schedule. For those who don't know, Sundays are the beginning of my week. :)

So yes, my mood is really good and my spirits are high. I just have to keep this motivation going!

Daily Summary
*Oil Pulling: So I am finding that I like the texture of the refined coconut oil as opposed to the unrefined but I could probably use either without too many issues. I have been oil pulling for a long time now so its like a second nature.

*P90X: OMG I forgot how hard the Chest, Shoulders & Triceps are along with the Ab Ripper X. I managed to push through it though. Even now, updating this, my arms hurt lol! But it's a good hurt. I am so enjoying the definition I am getting in my arms.

Wow... excellent drop. Consider joining the "no sugar" challenge. Starts supposedly this evening, but most of us just go with the day. Give it a look.

Thank you Draglist! I am just tired not fitting in my own clothing properly plus I want to set a better example for my two girls. I don't want them to have to deal with this like I have.

Arrevantha... I was eating jello at lunchtime and usually put redi-whip on it. Grabbed the can and realized... Oh crap. I can't eat it for a month because of the sugar. I'll have to be very cautious and double check my foods to make sure none of it contains sugar. We'll do this. No biggie.

@Nina, I am so honored to be an inspiration. @Classic Rocker, we can do this! It will be hard. I think the only thing with sugar in it that I actively drink is the chocolate almond milk but there is a reason why I drink that. I use it to take my supplements with (and sometimes my medication if my blood pressure is too high) and can't stand taking them with water. It gags me. :)

@Nina, I have too! I don't drink sodas of any kind nor do I drink juices or flavored water. The chocolate almond milk is delicious! I was scared to try it at first but when I did I was like OMG! Vanilla is really good too.
