Started week doing great, ended terrible...
168.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Remember one meal or one day doesn't make you or break you. It's the constant over eating. If you fall off after one meal, get back on plan the next meal. It takes practice.

Thank you Suzi161, I lost it before and I will lose this Regin again. I am back up and on it looking forward to a great week of not eating bad and I even have my new hubby with me too on lifestyle eating change.
