Had no idea that little breakfast sandwich would have that many calories,, it wasn't even good. The very thin crust pizza with fresh ingredients was really good. Not home till after 8:00. Quick eggs and toast dinner and some wine. Will be good this week, 2 high calorie days in a row.

Girls lost. home tomorrow. No alarm in the morning. Stopped a natural grocery store there, bought some kamut, a grain. Will have to try it.

If I'm going to blow calories I want them to taste good. The pizza was good and different from the norm, enjoyed that. The breakfast sandwich didn't even taste like anything and the biscuit was gooey. For almost 600 calories, yuck. I'd forgotten to eat before I left. I defiantly want to stay within limits so I don't gain it back. Also I don't know where my fit and healthy weight will even out to. I'm still flabby, though much improved compared to 9 months ago. No worries about losing just getting fit and staying there. Will keep tracking, sometimes I get busy an miss.
