My goal was to be sub 170 by my birthday on July 20th Sunday. I saw 169.8 on the scale one morning after a run this week. I'm close enough :)

Going on vacation next week. Not in the mood for over eating, praise God!! Not going to undo my hard work.

I'm working out everyday until Wed morning, which is the day we are driving out. I'll get a 5 day rest, I'll pick the workouts back up on Monday July 28th.
