Lost 8 pounds so far since Monday. Excellent weight loss, and sticking to this 100%. But dealing with bouts of diarrhea. Hopefully this will pass. But feeling better and moving better. Tried to change my beginning date, but was unable to change it to Monday July 14, 2014. Average loss 2# per day.
