I haven't been working out or measuring my food and it got to me... Now I'm back on track, working out with tab, kicking ass in the gym and counting every calorie. Back to shakes and making sure I'm doing every thing healthy, I want to be 170 by Emily's wedding :) do it do it do it
187.4 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Herbalife   gaining 0.9 lb a week

You've done such great work so far. Don't let a little setback bother you. You are re-motivated and you will do it!
