Holidays make u pickup weight
253.3 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

what you do during your holiday is what makes you pick up weight. im not trying to be rude really! i just get frustrated when people do not push themselves. more importantly now is working toward getting back where you were before your holiday because you can do that. youve been there once you can get there again!

Sometimes people just need coping strategies to deal with off plan celebrations or holiday eating. By giving solid advice you empower them to know how to deal with the same situation in the future......

The statement is totally wrong Last year December holiday I dropped about 2kg in the 3 week holiday its only what you eat and what you do
