How do you delete from your list of foods you've eaten in the past but no longer eat? It's easy to add foods, etc., but don't know how to delete foods. Thx.

This date, July 16th, 2014, is my official "start date" of my new exercise, diet, and lifestyle change. Earlier entries, while accurate, do not reflect the changes I've made to diet and exercise to enable substantial weight loss and improved running efficiency.
