So I am starting Atkins for the first time. I have usually been succesful at dieting but not maintaining but recently my old methods have not worked my body wont budge. I love Candy its my downfall I can eat this for every meal, Fruit too (natures candy). I dont fry my foods, I dont eat tons of pasta or bread. So I have concluded its my sugar intake that is causing my gain and lack of weight loss. I am a little worried about this diet since I do not have a gall bladder. Does anyone have any thougts or suggestions?
