Chips were my addiction. I ate potato chips or potato crisps at every meal. I switched to BAKED and RESTRUCTURED potato chips, which don't taste as good as the others. Then I gave them up. I don't want to be addicted to them. If you can, limit chips to one serving size and only once a day. Or make it a once a week TREAT.
