ate chocolate almond butter & gluten free bread. i'm not sure my stomach was happy. still having digestion issues. been takin a probiotic for a week. i want carbs!

did you cleanse pre-probiotic? usually when you add a probiotic wihtout cleansing first your tummy gets a bit overwhelmed, it's like the good bacteria are fighting the bad bacteria, extra fiber (like what you'd get during a cleanse) will help push the bad out faster so you'll be less uncomfortable :)
