I had a pretty good week on my diet - but am having fish and chips for dinner tonight. First, night of Spring Break Holidays. Not an auspicious start to vacation eating.

However, I have lost 31 pounds since New Years and feel so much better.
I still have 20 pounds to go,but I am going to enjoy myself this week in Fiji.

I am taking my running gear and will continue to run when I'm away. Wish me luck with my diet.
