Hello everyone, this past weekend was good. I worked out in the yard and garden most of the time. Yesterday was kind of rough, because I could tell that I wasn't feeling right and my throat was sore and scratchy. As the night went on my throat got worse, I could hardly sleep let alone breathe through my nose. So of course this morning, I am sick as you know what. I was going to the gym but the way I feel I am not going anywhere or do anything except lay in the bed all day. I hope that everyone has had a great weekend, and as always, I hope you have a wonderful and blessed day. :)
